Make It Monday #5 Distressed Edges

Tuesday, March 8, 2011

This week's Make It Monday is all about distressed edges.  I love this technique.  I used the blade of an exacto knife to shred the edges of this card just like I did on this card a while back.

All of the stamps on this card are from Button Boutique.  This set is so versatile.  I especially love the little stitching stamp over the grungeboard heart.  I'm not a sewer and I love that I can achieve this look without sewing!

Here's a little close up of the distressing!

Have a great day!!

Cardstock: PTI Lemon Tart
Stamps: PTI Button Boutique
Ink: Memento Black
Other: Grungeboard Tim Holtz, Cuttle Bug Letter Dies, PTI Heart Die
