Sweet Little Baby {Book}

Monday, October 8, 2012

This is the baby book that I made for a very dear friend of mine who recently had her first baby, a sweet little boy.  I wanted to keep the design simple and not too fussy.  I designed the pages on the computer, printed them out and added just minimal stamping.  Aqua and orange is one of my favorite color combinations.  I added in some green and gray to have a little more variety to work with.

There is a 'Your Dad' page and an 'Our Family Mom's Side' that I didn't photograph.

Thanks, Laura, for reminding me to share:)

The book stops right at his first birthday, but if she wants, it would be so easy to continue with a few new page protectors and some new pages.

I think that is a new record for most photos in one blog post!
Have a great day!  Thanks for stopping by!

Sweet Moments

I picked some new papers this weekend. Beautiful Valentine papers from My Mind's Eye. The theme is so understated that they can really be used for so many things. You are not limited to just Valentine projects with these.

Jupiter Beach

Saturday, January 30, 2010

Another old photo. This is a picture of my friend Trish and me, well our shadows:) I have no idea what year this is because we spent so much of our time at the beach. Season and time of day didn't matter, we were always there.

I made this Thinking of You card with my left over scraps. Seems only right that I should send it to Trish. We don't get to see each other as much as I would like.

Reach For The Highest Star

I finally got around to making a page for this event.
I think we are going to do it again this year!

Still Friends

Saturday, January 16, 2010

We only lived in the same state for about 2 years, but have remained friends all these years (more than 20). This picture was taken on a trip to The Keys we took with my family in 1988 or 89. We were about 15!

She is still one of my favorite people!
Miss you Robin:)

Inspiration Station

Tuesday, December 29, 2009

Inspired by Michelle's idea, I created an Inspiration Station for Valentine's Day cards and projects. I love seeing all of these supplies together and it's a great way to remember what you have in your stash and use it!

Home Made Embellishments

Sunday, December 27, 2009

Playing around with a new stamp set I got for Christmas. My mom is getting into making her own cards too, so I think I'll give these to her. If I have time, I'll put some together for my Etsy shop. These would be great embellishments for Valentine's Day cards.
