{PURE} COLOR COMBO #6

Tuesday, August 19, 2014

Another great color combination using WPlus9 Pure Color Dye Inks.

I took one little stamp from Papel Picado and created my pattern.
I eyeballed the center of the paper and stamped my first image. Then, with my second color, I stamped the image touching each of the four sides.  Then, with the third color, I stamped the image touching each of the 8 sides of the previous. And so on, alternating between the three colors.

I cut the piece on the diagonal several times removing one of the pieces to stamp my sentiment from Hand Lettered Hello.

The WPlus9 August 2014 Release was so much fun!  Tons of great products were released.
Well get ready because Dawn announced that WPlus9 is having a September 2014 Release as well!
Let me tell you, just between us, it's GOOD!

So nice to see you again!

  7. WOW, Kara! This is beautiful. Your background is so perfectly executed first glance I thought you used patterned paper. After all that work, i think I would have had a hard time cutting it in pieces. However, it's just lovely with that fun sentiment. A+ on this one!
