This weekend I had fun experimenting with decorating Easter eggs using stamps, and markers, and rubbing alcohol. Some came out great, others did not. I found I got the best results when I scribbled the alcohol based marker {the more vibrant the better} onto my craft sheet or tin foil and dropped alcohol onto the ink. I then, rolled the egg or in this case "smooshed" my paper into the ink and alcohol mixture. The colors move and blend together and when the alcohol evaporates the color is permanent.
The color on these eggs are more vibrant in person than in the photo. I do not recommend eating these eggs since the shells are porous. It was a lot of fun to do, even Ryan got in on it!

After using the same technique on my card, I stamped a butterfly from WP9 Flora & Fauna 2 and a sentiment from PTI Movers and Shakers in Versafine ink.
We are cooking some corned beef and cabbage today in honor of St. Patrick's Day and our parents are coming over for dinner.
I hope you are having a great Sunday!
