Knock Knock sells some fun and funny list pads.

Are you a list maker?
I am, always have been.
There's nothing I like more than crossing things off of my To Do list!
I've only been on summer break for 4 days and I have gotten so many things done.
Some lists I keep in my phone, but the act of writing lists of things I need to do helps me to clear my mind and relax.  Sounds strange I know, but my fellow list makers probably know what I mean.

One of the projects I have been working on is organizing my kitchen.  Clearing out things we don't use, organizing pantry shelves, etc.  One of my goals in there is to reduce the amount of garbage we create from things like paper towels, plastic wrap, and snack bags.  These little reusable snack bags are perfect for replacing the snack bags we use for our lunches.  They are made of materials that do not harm your health as well.  They are not cheap, but I picked mine up at TJMaxx for $4.99.  You can even make them yourself if you are handy with a sewing machine
{which I am not}.

It's Friday, so I have added some of my favorite projects to the file.
Check them out.
Have a great weekend!

  1. Personally, I add things that I have already done or purchased to my lists JUST so I have the pleasure of crossing them off!!

  2. I always think I'm going to make lists. Then I get lazy and make a "mental" list and then I forget everything. so, yeah.

I especially love cool list pads...I will be checking these out!
And I have patterns pinned for the snack bags...
I would never wear anything I sewed but I figure I can attempt some snack and lunch bags! :)

  6. I always love these posts! I'm a list maker too, I just wish they would get smaller occasionally. :) And kudos to you on reducing the kitchen waste and being stylish at the same time. I always send reusable packaging with my kids' school lunches, so I'm happy to check those out!
