That crazy little worm, yeah that one, along with his extended family of hundreds is killing my arborvitae. We had been noticing one slowly dying, but never noticed the "bags" hanging from it. They are well camouflaged. They feed off the leaves from the protection of their "bags" made of plant material. I have since noticed they are taking up residence in the neighboring arborvitae since it is still alive and full of food.
Something must be done!
