Friends Are Flowers

Sunday, September 18, 2011

Ryan and I spent Friday night finishing up the painting in my craft room.  Saturday he replaced all of the outlets and outlet covers, put on the new doorknob, and put the closet doors back on.  After that we loaded all of the furniture back into the room.  I was finally able to get back in and make a few things last night and today!  I got my PTI Blog Hop cards done last night and this card I made this afternoon.  I still have a few more projects to work on in the room before I post pictures, but consider this card a peek into the room.  The walls are painted in a color similar to Aqua Mist, but a little less aqua and more blue.  I originally wanted to have red as my accent color, but then I was reminded how much I LOVE orange and blue together!!

Hope you are having a great weekend!!
So glad you came by today!

  10. Oh wow! Those overlapping flower die cuts are to die for (no pun intended). Such a delightfully beautiful card. I do know what you mean about not crafting for a spell. Definitely not good for my crafting soul. So pleased you were able to get in some quality time. Gosh haven't we all benefited from your magical card?! So wonderful and equally inspiring.
