Pop! Fizz! Clink!

I think I need a color intervention!
Every time I want to try something I pull out the same color scheme.
Orange and Turquoise....I just love it.

I created this for this week's Make It Monday: A La Carte.
I chose Adding Texture to Stamps as my inspiration.
This time, I tapped the circle stamps onto the ink pads then stamped onto a Tim Holtz stencil to create texture before stamping onto my project.

To create my gold embossed letters, I first embossed a large area in gold.  After heating, I added another layer of ink and powder and heat embossed again.  Then I die cut my letters.  It was tricky getting the letters out of the dies, but not as much work as embossing the letters after they were cut.  I used the leftover piece for a little gold border.

Wishing you all a very
Happy & Healthy New Year!

Cardstock: PTI White
Stamps: PTI Beautiful Blooms II, Peaceful Pinecones
Ink: PTI Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores, Summer Sunrise, Harvest Gold, Versamark
Dies: PTI Block Alphabet
Other: Tim Holtz Stencil, Gold Embossing Powder
