I Just love You

Ryan and I will celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary at the end of this month. I wanted to make a card using the things that I love, like flowers and birds, but still make it masculine for him. I love how it turned out! I stamped YOF Sweet Peas over Text Style and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder to create a resist. I stamped over a scrap of that also, to create the hummingbird. I stamped the green over the resisted area and then rubbed the excess ink off to reveal the text and also part of the sweet pea design.

I colored the leaves with copic markers, cut them out, and then inked the edges to age them. I finished off the flowers with some vintage wooden buttons.
I hope he likes it:)

Cardstock: PTI Kraft, Cream, Brown
Stamps: PTI Birds of a Feather, YOF Violets, YOF Sweet Peas, Delightful Dahlia, Text Style
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, PTI Ripe Avocado, Color Box Dark Brown , Versamark
Copics: YG95, YG97
Punch: Fiskars Upper Crest
Other: Twine, Vintage Buttons, Clear Embossing Powder
