A Jar of Sweets For Jen

Thursday, June 24, 2010

A friend of mine at work recently got engaged. I wanted to bring her a little something before the end of the school year. I put together this jar of chocolate hearts and was waiting for my Friendship jars set to come in the mail. It came just in time. When I got home yesterday my package was waiting for me. I was able to quickly make a card and give it to her today, the last day of school!!
I think it came out cute, but I would have definitely made those holes for the raffia much smaller. I didn't have time to redo it last night.
She really liked it. That's the most important part.

Cardstock: PTI White, Spring Moss

Paper: PTI Bitty Box Basics

Stamps: PTI Friendship Jars and Additions

Other: Copics, Ribbon

  8. Oh, I think this is soooo cute!! I need to stop looking at great cards with the "jar" set. So far I've successfully convinced myself that I don't need it, but cards like this make me want to cave! :)
