Birthday Collage

Hi! Popping in to share a birthday card I created for my brother.  I made this easy ombre look with three PURE Color Dye Ink ink pads.  I simply swiped the ink pads directly onto the white cardstock.  So easy!  You can read a little more detail on this card on the WPlus9 Blog.



I love these beautiful blue/green colors!  Once they were dry I started my collage stamping with an awesome set called Dockside.  It was discontinued, but Dawn decided to bring it back for this summer.  Grab one while you can! This compass rose is my favorite!
 

I added a few more random ink splats and stars to round out the collage of images. All the sets I used are linked below.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE your card! It just feels like a cool splash of water with a striking masculine feel. Can't wait to dust off my own set again - it was one of the first Wplus9 sets I ever purchased! Hubby's birthday is next wk - thanks for the inspiration!

    Love your awesome background! The color is wonderful and the simple images are so perfect for a masculine card. The envelope liner is an great addition.
