{HELLO} Sweet Friend

Sunday, May 4, 2014

Hello, sweet friends.
How was your weekend?
We got a lot of work done around here.
We re-mulched all of the trees and flower beds,
added new flowers, popped out all of the dandelions on the lawn,
re-seeded some areas that needed it,
and added a few new pillows to the porch to brighten things up for spring.
I also put out my hummingbird feeder and hope to have some visitors soon.
Inside, the bathroom is coming along more quickly since Ryan's traveling has slowed down.
It should be done soon!!

For this card, I used my WP9 Dye Inks to create some watercolor stripes and splatters.
Then I stamped and embossed my sentiment.
It's really simple, but I love the colors!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Cardstock: TH Watercolor Paper, PTI Black
Stamps: WP9 Hand Lettered Hello
Ink: WP9 Dye Ink Silver Lining, Nautical Navy, Lake House, Versafine Onyx
Other: Clear Embossing Powder, Waterbrush
