Sending Prayers and FIF #75

Friday, July 6, 2012

We just found out that one of my husband's former coworkers recently lost her mother. I wanted to get a card made quickly and into the mail so I copied one of my own recent  cards, but made it a bit easier to mail by eliminating the pop dots and bow.

I've also added some new projects to the file......Friday Inspiration File #75.
It's Friday...enjoy the weekend!!

Cardstock: PTI White, Vintage Cream
Stamps: PTI Lovely Leaves, Beautiful Butterflies
Ink: PTI Fine Linen, Simply Chartreuse, Spring Moss, Ripe Avocado, Chai, Dark Chocolate
Other: Spring Moss Ribbon, Dark Chocolate Button, Twine, Linen Impression Plate, Corner Rounder, Pinking Shears

  1. Sorry you needed this card. It's beautiful ! Love the Friday inspiration . TFS

  2. Such a beautiful color scheme and design, Kara.

  3. Sympathy cards are never easy are they? You've done a beautiful job her nonetheless. The colors are so muted and soothing.

  4. How great that you CASE your own cards!! I love it :) That is so nice that you're sending a card to your husband's former co-worker...they are going to appreciate it so much.

  5. Love your card Kara! I think I need that set just because of you! :)

  6. Your calm has a calming and peaceful vibe with it. Beautiful.

  7. I love your card and she will too~it's so sweet of you to think of her. That linen impression plate is calling my name, ;)
