{Curious} Forest Friends

Since I was all packed up for the last WPlus9 release in August I wasn't able to play with the new sets.  I was finally able to pull out Forest Friends and Curious Forest Friends for this card.  Such adorable little forest critters in these two sets that work together so perfectly!
 
 
We went from living in a neighborhood {in our old house} to the country {in our new house} and it seems appropriate that this card should be photographed on some freshly cut trees.  Until Ryan splits all of this wood this will be my new photo spot. 
The light is great!  


 
Just a little copic coloring, nothing fancy, but the scene is adorable!  I used a few items from this holiday release too: the 4 Bar Stitched Rectangle Dies, and the Be Merry Sentiments Die.

WPlus9 Holiday Release 2016

Wow! It sure has been a long time since I last blogged, a little over two months!  We've finally moved.  It was a long process and my craft room was packed up for months.  It feels so good to be creating again.  I'm back just in time for WPlus9's Holiday Release 2016!  I love WPlus9 Christmas sets and this year doesn't disappoint.  Beautiful, whimsical, cute, and classic, Dawn has covered it all!
 
 
Today's project highlights a stamp set called Be Merry, a coordinating die set, and a stand alone die set called Woodland Basics.  All of the die cuts have been colored with PURE Color Dye Ink in the colors Cranberry Crush, Last Leaf, Coconut Husk, and Warm Wool.
 
 
There's so much more to see.  I'll be sharing more projects here and on the WPlus9 blog this month.  In the meantime check out all of the new products linked below {affiliate links used}

WPlus9 August 2016 Release and FIF #278

Hey guys! I'm still here. Still all packed up and waiting for a final closing date to make our move to the new house. Things never seem to go quite as planned and that's OK, we'll get there eventually!  Although I haven't been creating, I am still adding your beautiful creations to the Friday Inspiration File each week!  This week is Week #278!  That's over 5 years of inspiration!  Pictured above: Alice, Kara Lynne, Kim S, Kathy, and Keren!

Unfortunately, because all of my supplies are packed, I've had to sit this month out of the WPlus9 Release.  I still wanted to share with you all of the wonderful new products in case you missed them!
