Warm Bear Hugs

It's the first day of winter! A nice warm bear hug sounds good right about now.  It definitely feels like winter.  The temps are low and we've already had a few snowfalls.

I pulled out this WPlus9 set called Holiday Hugs to create a few Christmas cards.  I shared them originally on the WPlus9 Design Blog so stop by there if you'd like to read a little more about how these cute window cards came together.

I love minimally colored images.  I think there are striking when stamped in black with a little pop of color.

United We Flourish {Ellen Hutson and Concord and 9th}

 

 

Hey Guys! I'm so excited to have been invited to help share the excitement of the new United We Flourish stamp set with you.  The Sweet Sprinkles stamp and die set was designed by Concord and 9th exclusively for Ellen Hutson. It's such a fun, versatile set.  Here I've used it on a birthday card, but it can be used for so many occasions.

I created a fun ice cream cone shaker card.  I filled it with a ton of die cut hearts!  You can never have too many hearts!

Christmas Wishes

 

Good Morning!  It's been a lazy Sunday morning around here.  I did throw in a few loads of laundry so that's a plus. 

 

 

 I also created this simple little winter scene.  I love it!  I toyed with the idea of adding a few more things to it, but in the end left it simple.  I wanted the focus to be on the foliage on the fence and adding other elements took away from that.

HO HO HO {Santa's Reindeer}

 

Good Morning!  It's December.  Can you believe it?  We're heading to a Christmas Market this afternoon to get into the spirit and then coming home to put up the tree.  We planned on putting it up Friday night, but after work, making dinner, and everything else we were pooped.  We just decide to chill on the couch and watch The Grinch!  I'm sure you can relate.

 

 

By now you know I promised myself I would make my holiday cards easy to mail.  However, I allowed myself this exception.  I love dimension on cards.  I feel like it really makes them special.  This one will be sent to my nephews in a box with their gifts so in a way it's still easy to mail!
