Love & Joy

Saturday, October 28, 2017

Hey there! Today I have a quick and easy holiday card to share with you.  I used the new WP9 Holiday Trimmings stamp set and dies to create these adorable trees.  I layered up the stamped die cuts to add some dimension and interest when looking at the card from the side.  The best part of this little set are these cool sentiments.  They can be used on much more than holiday cards.  I sent a card to my nephew for his engagement using this 'love & joy' sentiment.  The coordinating dies cut the sentiments out so beautifully!

Saturday morning...  You know what that means... Time to clean.  See you later. Thanks for visiting!

Halloween Bunny Invite

Friday, October 27, 2017

It's almost Halloween guys! Where we live now is in more of a country setting and we get not one trick-or-treater.  Such a contrast to our last house.  We used to live in a development and we would get so many kids that half way through the evening I would have to run out for more candy! I do miss seeing the kids in their costumes, but I don't miss the dog going crazy every time someone knocked on the door!

This year I'll have to settle for these cuties in their costumes.  This set is called Bunny Mask-erade from WP9.  It's perfect for Halloween cards or party invitations.

Have a very Happy Halloween!

Book Lover

Thursday, October 26, 2017

Good Afternoon! I thought today would be a good day to share this card with you.  I received an email that a book I requested came in at the library.  That's a good email.  The book is called Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.  I'm looking forward to it!

If you have a book lover in your life this set, The Crew School Days, is a great one to have in your stash to create really personalized cards.  This one I made for the librarian at my school.

It was originally posted on the WP9 Blog a few weeks ago.  If you'd like to read a little more about how I created this card head on over there!

Have you read Little Fires Everywhere?  What did you think?
