Going through my stash, I came across this frame that I have had forever.  Sometimes it takes that long for me to be able to part with some of my favorite supplies. 

We have some of the windows in the house open. 

There is still a chill, but it's so nice to know that the warm days are coming!

Golden Butterflies

This is another card I made with Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday Challenge in mind.  It incorporates heat embossing with a past challenge technique, coloring with copics on colored cardstock.

Make It Monday #9 Heat Embossing

This week's Make It Monday (click image) is all about heat embossing.  It's funny because I don't typically like gold.  For some reason gold embossing, though, is one of my favorites. 

I love this simple design!  I added some distressed edges for a youthful look and added interest.
