I remember a long time ago Dawn McVey made a butterfly with Fancy Flourishes. While I was playing around with the dies today, I thought how beautiful the butterfly would look made 3D with the dies. I love it. Good luck getting it into an envelope though:)
Have a great Saturday night! Don't forget to leave a comment on this post for a chance to win the Thank You set from PTI!!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty butterfly and card Kara, now I think I have more dies to add to my cart.
ReplyDeleteKara, your butterfly is beautiful but can certainly see why it would be difficult to place in an envelope. So sweet of you to offer up a Thank You set as I've seen many cute cards using those two stamps.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love this concept. I guess this a hand-deliver only card? haha. The sentiment compliments it perfectly (Happy Trails has been growing on me lately, I may have to snag it, tee hee!). =)
ReplyDeleteVery creative, Kara!
ReplyDeleteThis is such an amazing card, Kara, so very creative!!
ReplyDeleteClever and creative. Love love your card, Kara!
ReplyDeleteVery, very cool! I love it! The butterfly would look great on gift bags too.
ReplyDeleteLove this Kara! What a great use of the dies.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Kara! What a stunning butterfly the flourish dies make!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is stunning. When I first saw the dies, I didn't think they were necessary. Now, I see what they can do. Love the tiny peek of Dearest Jane paper I spy at the bottom. I think this card will be hand delivered to one super lucky person.
ReplyDeleteThose flourishes do make a very elegant and intricate butterfly indeed!! Love the colour combo here...I think chocolate/brown goes with just about any colour - right!? You could use a bigger envelope with some cardboard backing to protect the flourishes...or keep it for the hand-deliver pile. ;)
ReplyDeleteYour card is stunning. What a great idea.
ReplyDeleteKara,
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome way to use the flourishes! This is stunning!
Elegant, and such a creative use of the stamps and dies, Kara. Wonderful and whimsical too!!
ReplyDeleteYep, I am totally kicking myself now for NOT ordering these dies. This is just spectacular!
