Masking With Autumn Blessings
Saturday, September 29, 2018
Hello! It's Saturday and it's pretty chilly today. I'm looking forward to a little fire in the fire pit this evening. So cozy!
It's definitely Autumn. You know me, I love summer, but I'm trying to embrace fall. There's a lot to love about this season, like the gorgeous stamp sets released this time of year.
This card features a one layer design using a lot of masking. I started by stamping the rectangle (Autumn Blessings) and the sentiment (Hello & Thanks) in black ink. I cut a mask to cover the rectangle, then stamped the sunflower wreath. I removed the rectangle mask and replaced it with a mask that covered both the rectangle and the sunflower wreath. The Autumn Blessings coordinating dies make this very easy to do!
Once everything was masked off again, I stamped the leaves and acorns to fill in the rest of the panel. I added some Copic coloring to the wreath and touches of shimmer with a clear Wink Of Stella glitter brush pen.
Simple and fun to create! Have a lovely weekend!

Beautiful Butterfly Mandala
Sunday, September 16, 2018
Good Morning! I had a busy first full week back to school. I'm feeling adjusted to my new schedule and plan to start crafting more and working out again. I made this card last month during the WPlus9 Release, but didn't have the time to post it yet.

I used the large stamp and die from Butterfly Mandala for my background. I left it black and white so that the butterfly in the front really stood out. That butterfly, as well as the beautiful die cut letters are from Beautiful Butterflies.
Some really simply Copic coloring on the main butterfly and it is complete! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Easy Aperatures With WP9 Hexagons
Monday, September 3, 2018
Happy Labor Day to my US friends! Today is the last day of my summer vacation. It's back to work tomorrow. However, I can't be too sad with all of these wonderful new WP9 products to play with!
Today I have a card that was so easy to create with the new Clear Cut Stackers Hexagons. And with all of the Pure Color Dye Inks to choose from, I can have any color combination I want!
I cut a bunch of different sized hexagon windows and layered them up in a way that looked good to me, tilting them as I layered them. Before adhering them all together I colored each one with a sponge dauber and ink in the shades: VI Pink, Little Piggy, Sweet Gelato and Cranberry Crush.
I added a simple sentiment using the new So Very stamp and die set and it's done!

WPlus9 Butterfly Mandala + So Very
Sunday, September 2, 2018
Welcome back! I have more to share with you from the new WPlus9 release. Today I created a spinner card using the new Butterfly Mandala set. The center of the mandala has a separate die and when die cut it fits perfectly inside the hexagon from the Clear Cut Stackers Hexagons.
I used the new So Very stamp set to add a sentiment to the outside and inside of the card.
I adhered a black panel on the inside that was die cut with the next size down hexagon to create a frame as well as a place to stamp my sentiment. When the card is closed it is hidden behind the spinner. When read all together the sentiment says,
'Ridiculously Happy For You'
Just one of many of the fun ways you can use the hexagons! Thanks for stopping by today! Check out the full release here.

WPlus9 New Release {Hello & Thanks}
Saturday, September 1, 2018
I'm back today to share another new stamp and die set from WPlus9 called Hello & Thanks. I love the flowers in this set. They are designed to work perfectly with this tea cup, but they are so versatile I can see them being used in so many different ways!
I left the tea cup white to put the emphasis on the flowers and bird which are colored with Copic markers.
I curved the 'I just miss you' sentiment to follow the line of the saucer.
Have you checked out the full release yet? What's your favorite?
