Jupiter Beach

Another old photo. This is a picture of my friend Trish and me, well our shadows:) I have no idea what year this is because we spent so much of our time at the beach. Season and time of day didn't matter, we were always there.

I made this Thinking of You card with my left over scraps. Seems only right that I should send it to Trish. We don't get to see each other as much as I would like.

Crafter's Carousel

I've had my eye on this for a long time, but never wanted to spend the money. I finally broke down (with a coupon) and bought one. When I saw this one with the hooks, at Michael's, I couldn't resist. It really helps having all of my most used items all in one place and easy to grab.

It is kind of large, so if you are short on counter/desk space it may not be the best solution for you. It is very sturdy which is great, but makes it weighty especially all filled up. Not a great portable option either.

I just love it though.

You're A Rock Star

Ryan gave me the Copic airbrush for Christmas. It is so much fun to use.

Inspired by one of my student's t-shirts and a technique from Creating Keepsakes magazine, I created this card today using my new airbrush system.

One For Me

All of the notebooks I have made so far have been given away:)
This one is for me.

Very simple. I wanted something without a lot of embellishment so that it wouldn't get messed up when I tossed it in my bag.

Still Friends

We only lived in the same state for about 2 years, but have remained friends all these years (more than 20). This picture was taken on a trip to The Keys we took with my family in 1988 or 89. We were about 15!

She is still one of my favorite people!
